Our First Easter Egg Hunt!

Lily Catherine invited us to her Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday (her parents Cate and Randy were so kind to host) and the girls had such a great time!  Sophie got in the groove quickly, picking up eggs...

...and dropping them in her bag.

Aida was a little more reflective about the whole process.  I think she picked up 3 eggs.

Sophie was in the egg-finding zone until she spied the swingset.  She completely forgot about everything else and played to her little heart's content.  She especially loved being in the "big girl" swing and crazy wagon rides through the yard.  I wish you could have heard her giggle.  Aida liked the wagon, too, as long as she could hold onto Mom's hand while in motion.

(And did you notice she kept a bow in her hair the whole time?!)
